A
  1. Blow out boogers, Afrin and clamp x20 minutes
  2. Look for bleeder, silver nitrate if possible
  3. TXA
  4. Balloon
  5. Consider posterior bleed - lubricate larger balloon, insert straight back and fill. If posteriro packing, concern for airway compromise
  6. Nasal packings should be removed in 12-48 hours
