- Are stanzas of only two lines which usually rhymes

Couplets
- Composed of 3 lines
Tercet
- Consist of 4 lines
Quatrain
- Composed of 5 lines
Cinquain
- Consist of 6 lines
Sestet
- Entire poem with exact 4 lines
Sonnet
The attitude the poet takes towards the subject.
Tone/Mood
Represents; Sight. taste, touch, sound, and smell about a poem’s subject. Important elements of the poem.
Imagery
A word or phrase repeated within a line or stanza.
Repetition
Is the repetition of similar sounds. The most common kind of rhyme is the end rhyme.
Rhyme
