What activities are involved in construction work?
• Site Clearance - removal bricks, hardcore, scrap metal.

• Site movements of people, plant, machinery & vehicles.

What are 5 stages of construction project?
1) Concept & Feasibility - design layout, construction methods involved.
2) Design & Planning - Spec’s req’d, final drawings, notification to authorities. (Unless exempt).
3) Tender / Selection - Selection process for principle contractor.
4) Construction phase - planning, programming & preparing construction work, starting, carrying out & managing work.
5) Commissioning & Handover- all activities involved in ending project & handing over to client.
