A

Sx : faiblesse, apathie, vertiges posturaux, syncope
Signes : perte poids, si vol plasm ↓ (tachycardie, hypotension, insuffisance circulatoire périphérique oligurie), si fluide interstitiel ↓ (pression intraoculaire ↓, turgescence peau ↓)
