Elco 2418
A light color low odor sulfurized mixture of natural fatty acids. It has been synthesized to provide mostly inactive sulfur with good solubility. Designed to be used in metalworking formulations and greases. Its sulfur activity increases with temperature resulting in an effective EP performance. The product does not contain any copper corrosion inhibitor, and is mildly corrosive at elevated temperatures. Because of this, adding corrosion inhibitor is recommended. It may be solubilized in water easily with an addition of alkanolamine. When used in grease, it will improve friction and reduce wear of the finished product.

Elco 2430
A light color low odor sulfurized mixture of natural and synthetic esters. It has been synthesized to provide non-corrosive sulfur with good solubility. May be used in formulating EP lubricants, slideway oils, metal cutting oils, industrial oils and many similar applications. Non-corrosive to yellow metals at 100C, its sulfur activity increases with temperature resulting in an effective EP performance. Because of that, additional corrosion inhibitor may be added if needed.

A sulfur component containing material synthesized from a mixture of all natural vegetable triglycerides. Has excellent solubility in various base stocks and is non-corrosive to yellow metals. Because it contains no animal fat, it has an additional benefit to be used where presence of the animal product is not desirable.

Elco 2452
An active sulfur containing material synthesized from a mixture of all natural vegetable triglycerides. It was designed to be used in formulating extreme pressure lubricants suitable for use in metalworking and industrial applications. Contains active sulfur; corrosion inhibitor may be added if needed to eliminate yellow metal corrosion. Because it contains no animal fat, it has the additional benefit of being used when the presence of an animal product is not desirable.
