Ulnar head- supinator crest, ulnar fossa

Inserts: ant/post/lateral aspect of radius

Supinates forearm

Biceps Brachii

A

Originates: long head- supraglenoid tubercle, bicipital groove
Short head- apex of corona I’d process

Inserts: posterior radial tuberosity, deep fascia attaches to bicipital apneurosis

flexes elbow, supinates forearm
