- Superior/Posterior surface of Ulna
Action of the Anconeus
- Assists Triceps in extension of the elbow
- Stabilizes elbow joint

- Lateral Epicondyle of humerus
- Supinator fossa and crest of Ulna
- Annular ligament of elbow joint
Insertion of the Supinator?
Lateral/Posterior/Anterior surface of proximal 1/3 of radius

Supinates forearm
Origin of the Pronator Quadratus?
Distal 1/4 of anterior surface of ulna
Insertion of Pronator Quadratus?
Distal 1/4 of anterior surface of Radius
Action of Pronator Quadratus
- Pronates forearm
- Deep fibers bind radius and ulna together
Origin of the Pronator Teres?
- Medial Epicondyle of Humerus
Insertion of Pronator Teres?
Middle/Lateral surface of the radius
Origin of the Flexor Carpi Radialis?
Medial Epicondyle of the Humerus
Insertion of the Flexor Carpi Radialis?
- Base of 2nd Metacarpal

Action of Flexor Carpi Radialis?
- Flexes wrist
- Radially deviates wrist **
