A

Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid narrowing of the ulnar groove and constriction of the ulnar nerve as it passes behind the medial epicondyle

A

Sensory symptoms usually first - decreased sensation over little and medial half of ring finger
Shooting pain when leaning on elbow
Clumsiness and weakness of small muscles in hand supplied by ulnar n.
