Ulna is bigger proximally, radius is bigger distally. Radius rotates, ulna doesn’t. The bones are held togeher by two radio-ulnar joints, proximally and distally.

Medial or lateral epicondylitis (golfers / tennis elbow respectively)

→ chronic symptomatic inflammation of forearm tendons at elbow. Overuse syndrome caused by microtears in tendons attaching to epicondyles of elbow following repetitive injury
