lateral side of the elbow
What does the Ulnar Collateral ligament stabilize?
medial side of the elbow
When does the carrying angle “disappear”?
when we fully flex our elbow and when we pronate our forearm
What is the carrying angle in men vs women?
men: 10-15 degrees; women: 15+ degrees
What is the function of the carrying angle?
allows forearms to clear hips while swinging arms when walking
