House marg
2 oz pueblo viejo, 0.25 oz triple sec, marg mix.
Scratch marg
2 oz arette blanco, 0.25 oz orange infused simple syrup, fresh lemon/lime mix (scratch mix).
Cadillac marg
2 oz hornitos reposado, marg mix. Top with grand marnier.
Bartender’s marg
2 oz hornitos reposado, marg mix, splash of cranberry juice. Top with grand marnier.
Picante marg
2 oz spicy tequila, 0.25 oz triple sec, marg mix, grapefruit juice.
Mezcal marg
2 oz mezcal, 0.25 oz triple sec, marg mix.
Blood orange marg
2 oz pueblo viejo blanco, blood orange puree, marg mix.
Top shelf marg
1.5 oz fortaleza blanco, 1 oz damiana, 1 oz lime, 0.5 oz agave.
Shake. Strain over new ice.
Big blue marg glass.
Light salt on side of rim.
La niebla!
Charanda blanco rum, pisco, hibiscus, fresh lemon/ orange.
3.5 oz prebatch spirit, 1 oz lemon, 1.5 oz OJ, 1 oz hibiscus.
Shake.
Strain over new ice.
Skull glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple.
Piña especiada
Mezcal, spiced pineapple shrub, black walnut bitters, fresh lime.
1.5 oz mezcal, 1.5 oz spiced pineapple shrub, 0.5 lime juice, 2 dashes of black walnut bitters
Shake.
Strain over a big rock.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
Negroni mexicana
Chile infused campari, gin, carpano antica vermouth, orange zest.
3 oz prebatch spirit. Pour over a big ice cube.
Garnish with chile, orange peel.
Coco old fashoioned
Abasolo mexican corn whiskey, orange/angostura bitters, piloncillo, toasted coconut foam.
3 oz abasolo whiskey, 0.5 oz piloncillo, 3 dashes aromatic bitters, 3 dashes orange bitters.
Build over big ice cube.
Stir.
Top with coconut foam.
Garnish with toasted coconut.
Libélula
Pueblo viejo blanco tequila, fresh lime, blueberry basil shrub.
1.5 oz pueblo viejo blanco, 0.5 oz lime, 1 oz blueberry basil shrub.
Shake.
Strain into coupe glass.
Basil leaf garnish.
Garnish with a flower.
Carajillo martini
Pueblo viejo tequila, triple sec, espresso.
1.5 oz pueblo viejo blanco, 0.5 oz triple sec, 2 oz expresso mix.
Matinal marg
2 oz pueblo viejo blanco, fruit puree, marg mix.
