Built directly in rocks glass. Use a sugar cube or simple syrup. Add 3-5 dashes of bitters. If using a sugar cube, a splash of soda water will help the cube dissolve. Muddle. 2 oz whiskey. Add ice. Stir until the glass feels cool to the touch. Garnish with orange peel.

Typically spirit, mixer. (Gin/tonic, whiskey/ginger ale, scotch/soda). 2 oz of spirit into a highball glass. Add ice. Stir before adding the mixer. Add mixer. Gently move spoon through drink to incorporate the 2 ingredients. Garnish with lemon (soda) or lime (tonic, cola, ginger beer, ginger ale).

1.5 oz coconut cream, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, 1.5 oz coconut rum. Add ice. Blend on high for 20 - 30 seconds.
