It is the path which consists of eight steps to help people achieve a contented life
Right understanding / right view
Means to see things clearly and to understand them
Right thought / right intentions
It means to think in the right way in order to remove selfish desires
Right speech
Speak truthfully and compassionately
Right action
Means acting in the right way.
Right livelihood
Livelihood refers to the work or job that you do to make money.
Right effort
Right effort means making an effort to be aware and in control of what happens in your mind
Right mindfulness
You should train your mind to be fully aware of their thoughts and actions.
Right concentration
To train their minds fully, people must practice meditation.
