Autosomal dominant
2

3
Q
Symptoms and complications?
A
- elastic, fragile skin
- joint hypermobility: recurrent joint dislocation
- easy bruising
- aortic regurgitation, mitral valve prolapse and aortic dissection
- subarachnoid haemorrhage
- angioid retinal streaks
