Droplet: wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer, and surgical mask
Contact: wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer, and gloves/gown, disposable equipment
Contact enhanced: wash hand with soap before and after being in room, gloves/gown, disposable equipment, CDIFF
Reverse: wash hands before and after being in room, surgical mask, gloves/gown, no plants, no food in the room, anyone who is sick can’t enter the room, no sharing of personal items
