Taking into account relevant information about the receiver’s mood, background, race, preference, education, status, and needs, etc.
Consideration
Effective communication happens when the message is concerete and supported by facts, figures, and real-life examples and situations.
Concreteness
The speaker shows courtesy in communication by respecting the culture, values and beliefs of the receiver.
Courtesy
This implies the use of simple and specific words to express ideas.
Clearness
in grammar eliminates negative impact on the audience and increases the credibility and effectiveness of the message.
Correctness
Refers to all the charateristics common to a particular group of people that are learned and are not given by nature.
Culture
is comprised of values, norms and ways of life.
Social System
Our ability to communiate, interact, and work with people of varying nationalities, backgrounds, cultures, and even languages across the world.
Intercultural Communication
is a term used to describe a situation in which two or. more cultures come into contact and clash due to diiferences in values, beliefs, customs, or practices.
Cultural Collisions
shared beliefs, customs, practices, values, norms, language, traditions, art, that characterize a particular group of people.
