Informal education
What is formal education?
The process of teaching and learning in an organised setting
The overt curriculum, in which skills and knowledge are gained through specialised institutions.
Formal curriculum. Consisting of official national curriculums, timetables, extracurricular activities
The curriculum through which norms and values are transmitted and learned unconsciously through the organisation of the school and the structure of relationships
Hidden curriculum
The promotion of equal treatment by giving people similar rights and privileges. (Opposite of elitism)
