  4. Check that settings match
  5. Rename the project
  6. Save to project folder
  7. Choose H.264 or Quick Time for format
  8. Twirl the video tab and hit match source
  9. Hit more
  10. Click render and maximum depth and max render quality
  11. Set Bitrate settings to about 10
  12. If in Quick Time format, change video codec to Apple ProRes 422 HQ
  13. Export at bottom right
