=> Was used for agricultural.
=> Kensington was highly populated, cut throat slum lane.
What is the demographic in the area? Compare?
=> Working age as majority: 85%. Few young families (7% under 15). 8500 residents designed for.
=> Not much difference. Notting Hill West: Over 70%. Notting Dale (Under 15 is close to 17%).
=> Kensington is much more poulated. Notting Dale alone has population of 9000.
=> 48% white, 33% Asian.
=> NH: 73%, ND: 45% white - Notting Hill signfiicantly more
Socio-economic characteristics? Compare?
=> Keyworker homes available to rent for University staff to reduce housing shortage and improve affordability in Cambridge. BUT also High-end private housing e.g. 5-bedroom terraced house worth 1.4 million.

South East.
