  • Pollen - emollient an hour before going outside
  • house dust mites - wash clothing at 60
  • Animals - avoid in bedroom, wash hands after petting
  • Food
  • Damp and mould
  • swimming pools - emollient 30min before and when getting out, then shower then apply again
