The tundra also covers 1/5 of the earth. It’s the coldest biome. Temperatures can reach -50f
Tropical Rainforest
The tropical rainforest is ver near the equator. It is wet and war all year. Average temperature in the tropical rainforest is 70-85f
Grasslands
The weather in the grasslands varies greatly. It is cold in the winter and warm in the summer. Most animals here are herbivores

The taiga is the largest biome in the world. It typically has long cold winters, and short, mild, and wet summers
