HPC: 28 year old female presents to A+E with acute onset palpations. Came on suddenly 2 hours ago. No CP, or dizziness but some associated mild SOB.

BG: Coeliac

O/E:
Obs: RR 16, Sats 96% (OA), HR 180, BP 122/78, Temp 36.5

CVS: HS I+II+O, CRT <2, Pulse 180

Resp: Chest clear
