reporting bias
philosophical limitations:

ethical limitations:
patient values
financing of research
study which compared entresto (angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor) with enalapril in patients with HFref
they found that entresto performed much better than enalapril regarding mortality and hospitalisation
but this study was funded by Novartis which introduced Entresto - publication bias
- only publishing positive outcomes
example of publication bias
prozac
- negative outcomes wasn’t being reported
