Indications to hospitalize anorexia nervosa patient

A

General psychiatric indications
- Severe SI/HI risk

Specific to eating disorder
- Development of medical complications
  HR < 40 
  Orthostatic changes (increase HR > 20 or drop SBP by 20) 
  T < 36 
  <85% ideal body weight 
  End organ damage
  - AKI, electrolyte abnormalities
  - Cardiac complications
  - Esophageal complications
- Failed outpatient treatment
