1- Antidepressants plus therapy: Fluoxetine (SSRI) > most effective

    1- Eat fast
    2- Eat until uncomfortably full
    3- Eat large amount even when not hungry
    4- Eating alone due to embarrassment
    5- Feeling disgusted, depressed, guilty after eating
  • Must occur at least once a week for 3 months
