Q

I’m a teacher and my laptop does not work at home.

Who do I call for help?

A

If you are home in the morning, call tech support, Mr. Zach Baum at x2007

Another idea, is to call the SLCSD tech support line:

(801) 578-8224

If your router, wireless, etc. is working properly, tech support may want to remote login to your laptop.

Worst case, bring your laptop to the Media Center or Computer Lab.

We have loaners to give you while your laptop is being fixed.

Make sure your work is saved in the Cloud or across the web (not on your C: drive).
