How can you stay prepared for an earthquake?
You can ensure buildings are earthquake proof, provide first aid training, place heavy items on bottom shelves, get some insurance.
What should you do when an earthquake occurs?
Drop (go on the ground),Cover(your head from collapsing debris, Hold on (to a table or firm structure nearby).
Ways to be protected from earthquakes (MIC/HIC)
hollow concrete bricks as they are shock absorbers, foundations dug deep, steel corner pillars to provide strength and flexibility, a pendulum, wide base etc
