The ratio of the amount of water vapor in the air
Relative humidity
The rate of change of atmospheric pressure with horizontal distance
Pressure gradient
The low-pressure weather system toward which surrounding winds spiral in different hemispheres
Cyclone
The high pressure weather system from which winds spiral outward in different hemispheres
Anticyclone
A global wind of the low latitudes that flows from the subtropical high toward low-pressure centers at the Equator
Trade wind
