A
Early access involves phoning the emergency number (112 or 999) when you find a person who has collapsed and is not responding. This call will trigger help from the emergency medical services (EMS). You should also check if there is an automated external defibrillator (AED) on-site. It is important to note that the emergency call-taker will stay on the phone if required and guide you through the steps of CPR.
