Calculation:
%total BW- % Fat weight
Eg: a young man 185 lb who has 25% body fat
– 100% - 25% = 75% lean muscle mass
– 0.75 x 185 lb = 138.8 lb

-fat-free weight / (1-optimal% fat) = optimum weight
