Bella Faulkner is (made up) 50 years of age (locals information). She is said to be caring, loving, humorous/silly, rash, smart and understanding. She unexpectedly died and the death has had a great affect on Hector and Ricky.

Psycho Sam is a bush man who is known to be psycho. He is conceited, crazy, silly and nice. Psycho Sam’s purpose is to bring the government closer to Ricky and Hector but also to give them shelter and a vehicle for means of escape.

Ricky’s social worker, she is known to be mean, corrupted, determined/persistent, impractical. Paula Hall can be seen as the main antagonist of the movie however her views aren’t as wicked and just wants to capture Ricky and take him back to child welfare.
