Engine fire on deck
Request FF assistance / inform crew T-handle - pull Fire button - Push T- handle (other engine) - pull GRD AND FLT BATT SWITCHES- Off
Start valve open light on after 62%
CL - ground stop
Bleed air switches - off
Fail to feather procedure
1) Condition lever feather
2)FEA oride switch - Toggle and hold to complete feather
If prop does not feather
3)Power lever - (operating engine) - a/r
4)Configuration - gear up, flaps 10, max rudder 20
5) Airspeed - a/r
Brake failure
Reverse thrust - a/r
Brake selector valve - Aux
Parking / emergency brake - a/r
Aborted takeoff
Power levers - flight idle Flaps - up Power levers - ground idle Brakes - a/r Arresting hook - a/r
Beta lights failure
Flaps -set for takeoff Execute go around - a/r If go around not executed, takeoff aborted or arresting gear not available Power levers -flight idle Flaps - up Condition lever (one affected engine) - ground stop Power levers - ground idle (a/r) Brakes -a/r Arresting hook - a/r
Decoupling of engine and propeller
If recouple fails:
Perform Engine Fire failure shutdown in flight procedure
Prop pump light(s) steady
Power lever - max
Maintain at least 135 KCAS
if normal governing
Perform engine fire/failure/shutdown in flight procedure.
Smoke and fumes from personal air conditioning system
Personal air cond switch -off
Don oxygen - 100%
Bailout
Inform crew Don oxygen/emergency oxygen - a/r Depressurize cabin MEH -jettison E-2D - EMIRS CABLE - SEVER IF EXTENDED.
HYD system complete failure
Level aircraft and reduce airspeed
Dual engine failure during flight
Maintain 150 KIAS CLEAN power levers - slightly above flight idle Condition lever (l or r) - ground stop then air start
Tow link unsafe indication
Check nose gear visually before raising gear
Explosive decompression
oxygen - don a/r
Smoke and fume elimination
If bleed air switches were secured for bleed air duct failure or bleed air leak go to step 3
1) Person air cond switch - On
2) Side window. Defog - max
