“Oh Allah, I ask of you (to give me) beneficial knowledge, ample provisions and restoration from every illness”

When drinking Zam Zam water

اَلحَمدُلِله الَّذِى كَسَانِى هذَا وَ رَزَقَنِيهِ مِن غَيرِ حَولٍ مِّنِّى وَ لَا قُوَّةٍ

A

“Praise be to Allah, Who clothed me in this and gave it to me without any strength and ability on my part”

When putting on clothing

  • Whoever recites this dua, his past and present sins will be forgiven

اَلحَمدُللهِ الَّذِى كَسَانِى مَا اُوَارِى بِه عَورَتِى وَ اَتَجَمَّلُ بِه فِى حَيَاتِى

A

“Priase be to allah, Who clothes me with what covers my nakedness and with that by which I adorn myself in my life”

When putting on new clothing

بِسمِ اللهِ تَوَكَّلتُ عَلَى اللهِ لَا حَولَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ

A

“In the name of Allah, I depend on Allah, and there is no power to do good, nor restraint to avoid evil except with Allah”

When leaving the home

اَللّهُمَّ اِنِّى اَسئَلُكَ خَيرَ المَولَجِِِ وَ خَيرَ المَخرَجِ بِسِمِ اللهِ وَ لَجنَا وَ بِسمِ اللهِ خَرَجنَا وَ عَلَى اللهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلنَا

A

“Oh Allah, I beseech you the blessing of entering and leaving. In the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we trust”

When entering home

“Oh Allah, You made my external appearance good, so make me good in morals (too)”
