1) efforts to avoid discovery
2) planning

4) final acts e.g. sorting out finances

BIO: - Male sex - Advancing age MEDICAL: - DSH Hx - Alcohol or drug misuse - Mental Illness Hx - Chronic disease Hx SOCIAL: - Unemployment or social isolation - Unmarried, divorced or widowed
