Definition
Objectives
DSD is an approach that simplifies and adapts HIV services to better serve the needs of people living with HIV and reduce unnecessary burdens on the health system.
It’s main objectives are
To ensure that hiv services are tailored to the needs and expectations of a particular sub populations living with HIV or at risk of hiv
2. To ensure efficiency and provision of quality services and strengthen the healthcare system by task shifting, decentralisation, integration and simplification of care
