Artificial tears and lubricants, Cholinergic agonists, Topical cyclosporine, Topical corticosteroids

Tear substitute- 4x/day
Ocular lubricants
Sjogren pt/s-Pilocarpine

Cyclosporin 0.05% emulsion-Restasis
Xiidra 5% solution
