What does Section 65 prohibit?
A
any person from driving a vehicle whilst:
• Under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug with narcotic effect or,
• Concentration of alcohol in his/her blood sample not less than 0.05g/100ml (0.02g/100ml in professional drivers), or
• Concentration of alcohol in his/her breath sample is not less than 0.24mg/1000ml (0.2mg/1000ml in professional drivers)
