Dose: 6mg IV, 12mg IV after 1-2 mins interval if unsuccessful, another 12/18mg if second dose unsuccessful
Indication: Paroxysmal SVT

Adrenaline

Answer 2

Dose: 0.5mg IM every 5 minutes (adult), can also be titrated in infusion
Indication: anaphylaxis

Question 3

Amiodarone

Answer 3

Dose: 300mg IV over 10-60mins, 900mg over 24hrs
Indication: Broad-complex tachycardia, chemical cardioversion of AF

Question 4

Atropine

Answer 4

Dose: 500mcg, repeat to maximum of 3mg
Indication: Bradycardia
