A

Common:
Headache, Tremor, Hypotension, Hirsutism, renal impairment.
Other S/E:
Immunosuppresion increases risk of infections.

What interactions does ciclosporin have?

A

CYP450 –| : Macrolides, diltiazem, verapamil, lercidapine, fluconazole -> increase blood ciclosporin lvls.
CYP450 Inducers - Rifampicin, carbamezepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, st jhons wort -> decrease blood cicloproin lvls.
