Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic drug that inhibits the activation of plasminogen to plasmin. It is used in trauma, bleeding, and post-operatively within 3-4 hours

Amoxicillin because it reduces Vitamin K in the gut

Erythromycin, Statins, and Acute Alcohol Intake through enzyme inhibition
