A

Positive allosteric modulator of the GABAa and glycine receptors. Inhibits nicotonic ACh receptor + 5-HT3 receptor.

Hepatic (extraction ratio 0.8-0.9)

A

Renal excretion. Elimation half life is 8 hours, distribution is 2-8 minutes. Context sensitive at 8 hours is 40 minutes
