60-70% of D2 has to be blocked to reduce symptoms
Resulting in harmful effect for the brain

As they have a rapid dissociation of drugs and receptors
Reduces Positive, as acts in D2
Reduces negative, as acts on Glutonate and Serotonin
Does not act on motor correct as doesn’t interfere with D5 receptors
Therefore results in improved mood, reduced depression and improved symptoms
