A
Cough, rash, proteinuria, angioedema, taste changes, teratogenesis (renal agenesis).

A
Crystalluria -> ATN 2/2 renal tubular obstruction (administer IV fluids with drug to lower risk for AKI).

Amantadine
A
Ataxia, livedo reticularis.

Aminoglycosides (especially amikacin)

Ototoxicity, Nephrotoxicity (acute tubular necrosis).

Amiodarone
A
Acute: AV block, hypotension, bradycardia.
Chronic: pulmonary fibrosis, peripheral deposition leading to bluish discoloration, arrythmias, hypo/hyperthyroidism, corneal deposition.
