1:10,000 1 mg slow IVP/IOP over 3 minutes

  • Pediatric
    1:1000 0.01 mg/kg (0.01 mL/kg) not to exceed 0.3 mg (0.3 mL) IM
    AND IF anaphylaxis refractory to above IM dose:
    1:10,000 0.01 mg/kg slow IVP/IOP over 3 minutes

Cardioversion = First shock - 2J/kg ;  Second shock 4J/kg ;  all after shocks - 4-10J/kg
Epi = 0.01mg/kg max of 1mg every 3-5
Amiodarone = 5mg/kg repeat up to 3 times

Atropine = 0.02mg/kg (min is 0.1mg and max is 0.5mg) may repeat 1 time

Sync Cardiovert = 1J/kg and if not effective move up to 2J/kg

Adenosine = First dose - 0.1mg/kg ; Second dose - 0.2mg/kg (max of both is what the adult dose is (6&12))
