Take sample 12 hours after dose
Routine levels weekly after initiation/dose change till stable, then every 3 months for 1 year, then every 6 months
ECG, FBC, U&Es and BMI/body weight before starting
U&Es, TFTs, BMI/body weight every 6 months

Methotrexate

Answer 2

FBC and LFTs every 1-2 wks till stable, then every 2-3 months

Statins

Answer 3

HbA1c, LFTs, Lipids, CK, TFTs and U&Es before starting
LFTs and HbA1c after 3 months
LFTs after 12 months
CK if any muscular symptoms
