A
Measles-like Rash
- Maculopapular rash
- Not easy to diagnose

Kids –> Mainly viral, some bacterial infections
Adults –> Drug Induced

A
- Couple of days to 1-2 weeks
- Usually appears 1-2 weeks after starting a drug

- Rare for a drug that has been taken for months or years

A
- First appears on the trunk and then spreads to the limbs and the neck

A
- May be associated with mild fever and itch
- Drug can induce a fever
- Makes assesment tricky –> think infection

- identify the causative agent and stop it if possible

- Consider wet wraps for red, inflammed skin
