A

Neb: 5mg for ages greater than 1 year
Neb: 2.5mg for ages less than 1 year

Pediatrics 10-20kgs 5x100mcg
Pediatrics greater than 20kgs 10x100mcg. Both may be repeated to a maximum of 3 times.

- Signs of shock associated with findings suggestive of ongoing or occult bleeding

-Patients less than 12 years of age.

Medical oversight is required for:
Postpartum hemorrhage and epistaxis.

1g infused in a 50ml bag of NS piggybacked. Delivered at a rate of 60gtts per minute.
