Adenosine
6 mg; 2nd dose 12 mg 1-2 minutes later if 1st dose ineffective; push is RAPID followed by 20 ml flush

1st round: 300 mg
2nd round: 150 mg 3-5 minutes later
Amioderone–Wide Complex Tachycardia
150 mg IV/IO over 10 minutes
Aspirin
325 mg or 162 mg if already taking aspirin
