4 Rules of Antidepressants
- Increased risk of suicide
- Slow onset, slow taper off
- Do not mix SSRIs with St John’s Wort or MAOIs with any ither antidepressants
- Will cause low BP and weight changes

7 Rules of Insulin
- Peaks = Plates (eat during peak)
- Deadly hypoglycemia (<70)
- No Peak + No Mix = long acting
- IV only insulin= regular insulin
- Draw up clear to cloudy
- Rotate locations every 2 weeks
- Give insulin on SICK DAYS
