whoever is on the RIGHT goes first!

only when you have a non-flashing green arrow. (Otherwise, you should always yield to oncoming traffic.)
when can you proceed at a basic crossroad when making a right turn?
after coming to a complete stop and making sure the way is clear

if you are on the FAR right, and if there isn’t a “no turn on red” sign

it means you can’t make right turns on a red light.

they can go at the same time if they aren’t crossing each other’s paths. (Both cars going straight, both turning right or left etc.)
What must you do when making a U-turn on a road with multiple lanes?
Begin from the left most lane, and yield to oncoming traffic before turning.

That there are no signs prohibiting you from making one, and make sure your turn signal is on.
what is an uncontrolled intersection?
an intersection without signs or lights
